Title: EHS Manager Beloit, KS & Cawker City, KS, Environmental Health & Safety


Develop and support the implementation of EHS procedures, work standards, and best practices at both the Beloit, KS and Cawker City, KS facilities.
✓ Project manager for the global implementation of Enablon incident management, metrics reporting, and action tracking for over 150 sites around the world.
✓ Developed/Implemented Site Procedures including a Heat Illness Prevention Procedure using the NEP guidelines that included time-of-day work adjustments, earlier stop times, and ice/water machines in all departments.

Lead team of four to successfully expand this methodology throughout 11 different functions in the manufacturing areas. Worked with the engineering teams across several states to perform Machine Safety Risk Assessments for new equipment being installed inside of the facility.

Reduced major environmental impacts like Styrofoam and plastics by working with our industrial engineering team to reduce amount of production parts coming in non-recyclable packaging.
